Visitors from non-EU countries must have a passport that is valid for at least three months after the end of the conference. Participants who require a visa should apply for one immediately at a consular office or German embassy in their country. Please note that processing a visa application can take up to several months.

The conference organizers will assist with the processing of the official invitation upon request. However, this letter of invitation does not constitute an obligation on the part of organizing committee to cover any costs associated with participation in the conference and stay in the Federal Republic of Germany.
