Online Registration & Abstract Submission
All conference registrations and abstract submissions are handled through the same external submission system.
You only need one account to submit an abstract and to register for the conference.

If you do not have an account, create your account:
- Open the external registration & submission system. → account creation
- Follow the prompts to verify your email and set a password.
- You will receive an account creation confirmation email.
- After logging in, you can complete the steps below.
Register for the Conference:
The registration opens on December 1, 2025 and closes on March 31, 2026.
- Log into your account.
- Register as participant till March 31, 2026.
- Add optional item (Conference dinner, child care) if desired.
- Confirm to summary and proceed to payment.
- You will receive a registration confirmation email.
Registration fee:
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, get-together and refreshments. VAT is included.
Conference Dinner: 60,00 Euro
Please note:
The Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee.
The Conference dinner does not need to be ordered during registration.
If you would like to attend the Conference dinner, it must be booked by April 1, 2026. (Add the Dinner in your user account)
A cancellation of the booked Conference dinner is not possible.
Registration terms:
- The registration of participation is binding.
- If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% of the conference fee back until April 1, 2026. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
- If you wish to cancel your registration for the HYP2026, you must notify us by e-mail to the following address: hyp2026@math.uni-stuttgart.de
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
Submitting an abstract for contributed lecture:
All contributed talks are expected to be given as in-person lectures. Online presentations are not planned.
The abstract submission for contributed talks opens on December 1, 2025 and closes on February 11, 2026.
- Log in to your account.
- Submit your abstract till February 11, 2026. (Note the submission guidelines)
- You will receive an abstract submission confirmation email.
- Notifications of acceptance is envisaged for February 15, 2026.
- After acceptance upload your final abstract till February 28, 2026.
- Do not forget to register as a participant till March 31, 2026. (You can do this from your account. Please note the early bird/regular registration period.)
Submission guidelines:
- The abstract is required to be submitted using the LATEX HYP2026Template for HYP2026 as PDF and LATEX file.
- Each author is allowed to submit at maximum 2 abstracts.
- There is no limit on the number of (co-)authored submissions but you can act as presenter only once.
- The decision about acceptance of the abstracts is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
- The abstract may not be longer than one page.
- After acceptance, you have to submit a final version of your abstract using the LATEX template for HYP2026. Please upload for the final abstract both PDF and LATEX files. The deadline for the final abstract submission is on February 28, 2026.
